IBM will not be liable for multiple Availability Credits for the same Event in the same Contracted Month.
IBM will apply taxes based upon the business address listed when ordering a Cloud Service as the primary benefit location unless you provide additional information to IBM.

IBM will not be liable for special, incidental, exemplary, indirect, or economic consequential damages, or lost profits, business, value, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
IBM will be relieved of its obligations that are adversely affected by Customer’s failure to promptly obtain such licenses or approvals.
