IBOR Rate Portion definition

IBOR Rate Portion means a portion of the principal amount outstanding under this Note which is bearing interest at a rate related to IBOR. No IBOR Rate Portion shall be less than Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000).

Related to IBOR Rate Portion

If no Loan or Loans is specified, "Base Rate Portion" shall refer to the Base Rate Portion of all Loans outstanding at such time.
