ICC Arbitration definition

ICC Arbitration shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.09(e).
ICC Arbitration means International Chamber of Commerce Case No. 12284/TE - CE Casecnan Water and Energy Company, Inc.
ICC Arbitration has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto.
