ICE Futures Europe definition

ICE Futures Europe means ICE Futures Europe, a United Kingdom corporation and an indirect Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Borrower.
ICE Futures Europe means ICE Futures Europe or its successor or any substitute exchange to which trading in option contracts relating to the Ordinary Shares has temporarily or permanently relocated, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
ICE Futures Europe means ICE Futures Europe or any successor to it as the operator of an Exchange upon which certain Traded Contracts are traded, which is a recognised investment exchange under the FSMA;

  • Where a Delivery Panel formed under ICE Futures Europe Rules directs that an interim payment or payments should be made pending a decision as to the price to be set for Invoicing Back, the Clearing House may make an interim payment to the affected Clearing Member of the amount specified in the direction of the Delivery Panel (or such other amount as the Clearing House, at its discretion, determines).

  • Accordingly, references in these Delivery Procedures to the Clearing House may be interpreted as references to LIFFE or ICE Futures Europe, as applicable, in respect of such Financials & Softs Contracts, and vice versa, as circumstances require.

  • Any action arising out of this Agreement between ICE Futures Canada, ICE Futures Europe, ICE Futures U.S and Subscriber shall be governed and construed in accordance with the internal laws (and not the law of conflicts) of the State of New York.

  • Commodity Futures Trading Commission means the independent regulatory agency established by congress to administer the Commodity Exchange Act.

  • Recognised Futures Exchange means an international futures exchange which is recognised by the SFC or which is approved by the Manager.

  • Futures Contract means a Financial Futures Contract and/or Stock Index Futures Contracts.

  • Raw agricultural commodity means any food in its raw or natural state including fruits that are washed, colored, or otherwise treated in their unpeeled natural form before marketing.

  • Stock Index Futures Contract means a bilateral agreement pursuant to which the parties agree to take or make delivery of an amount of cash equal to a specified dollar amount times the difference between the value of a particular stock index at the close of the last business day of the contract and the price at which the futures contract is originally struck.

  • Futures Exchange means the exchange or trading system with the highest trading volume of options or futures contracts relating to the Share. If options or futures contracts on the Share are not traded on any exchange, the Futures Exchange shall be the options or futures exchange with the highest amount of options or futures contracts relating to shares of companies having their residence in the country in which the Company has its residence. If there is no options or futures exchange in the country in which the Company has its residence on which options or futures contracts on shares are traded, the Calculation Agent will determine the Futures Exchange in its reasonable discretion (billiges Ermessen) (§ 317 BGB) and will make notification thereof in accordance with § 6 of the General Terms.

  • Agricultural commodity means all agricultural, aquacultural, silvicultural, horticultural, floricultural, or viticultural products, livestock or livestock products, Christmas trees, bees, maple syrup, honey, commercial fish or fish products, and seeds produced in this state, either in their natural state or as processed by the producer of the commodity. The kinds, types, and subtypes of products to be classed together as an agricultural commodity for the purposes of this act shall be determined on the basis of common usage and practice.

  • Determining Futures Exchangei means the options and/or futures exchange, on which respective derivatives of the respective Basket Componenti (the "Derivatives") are mostly liquidly traded, such options and/or futures exchange shall be determined by the Calculation Agent acting in accordance with relevant market practice and in good faith, by way of notice pursuant to § 6 of the General Conditions.In the case of a material change in the market conditions at the Determining Futures Exchangei, such as a final discontinuation of derivatives' quotation linked to the respective Basket Componenti at the Determining Futures Exchangei, or a considerably restricted number or liquidity, it shall be substituted as the Determining Futures Exchangei by another options and/or futures exchange that offers satisfactorily liquid trading in the Derivatives (the "Substitute Futures Exchangei"); such options and/or futures exchange shall be determined by the Calculation Agent acting in accordance with relevant market practice and in good faith. In the event of such substitution, any reference to the Determining Futures Exchangei in these Terms and Conditions of these Securities shall from then on be deemed to refer to the Substitute Futures Exchangei.

  • Companies Act means the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008);
