  • The software supplied by ICE Futures U.S. to the User in order to access the Platform in order to facilitate viewing of and/or trading in ICE Futures U.S. Contracts on the Platform as the case may be, comprising a graphical user interface and/or API and/or such other elements as may be notified as necessary for such purpose as ICE Futures U.S. may determine from time to time.

  • ICE Futures U.S. is a designated contract market under the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (the “Act”) and as such is regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”).
