ICT service provider definition

ICT service provider means a person who owns or provides or operates any ICT service.

Notice of an unscheduled Interface Meeting shall specify the subject of the meeting and shall be made sufficiently early to permit the attendance by all Interface Representatives and the CoT. Any of the Contractors may, with the consent of the other Contractor(s) and the CoT, invite a sub-contractor to attend an Interface Meeting. Interface Meetings may be held in the absence of any person invited to the meeting. Since agreements on interface matters are agreements between the involved Parties, no agreement that concerns the absent Party can be made at such an Interface Meeting. In the event of absence from [2 (two)] consecutive meetings by an Interface Representative the other Contractor(s) may request such Interface Representative to be replaced.
