Identified Target definition

Identified Target means an Initial Target that is characterized by TScan pursuant to [***] of the initial Research Work Plan (or equivalent step in any updated Research Work Plan), as reasonably determined by Amgen based on criteria to be included in the Research Work Plan. For the avoidance of doubt, Amgen Independently Identified Antigens shall not be deemed Identified Targets.
Identified Target means (a) a [***] identified as a result of activities conducted in the [***], or (b) a [***] for which [***], in each case ((a) or (b)) that is determined by the JRC to meet the criteria set forth on Schedule 1.136.
Identified Target means a Target which has been the subject of research carried out under the Research Program. The initial Identified Targets are set forth in Schedule "A" and "B", as it may be modified from time to time.
