Identity Guaranties has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(b).
Examples of Identity Guaranties in a sentence
As a result, none of the Transferred Companies shall from and after the Closing have any obligation whatsoever arising from or in connection with the Identity Guaranties except for obligations, if any, for which the Transferred Companies will be fully indemnified by the Company.
The Company shall indemnify and hold harmless the Transferred Companies with respect to the obligations covered by any such Identity Guaranties for which the Company does not effect such substitution or termination.
