Identity Restoration Services. Provide professional fraud resolution assistance to Class Members who experience identity theft or fraud. This includes assistance with disputing transactions, implementing fraud alerts, negotiating with banks, creditors, the IRS and other third parties, and preparing paperwork. Credit Services provided by Equifax are being provided to all persons potentially affected by the Incident, including Settlement Class Members and those who exclude themselves from the settlement. You must submit a Claim Form to receive a unique enrollment code and related activation instructions.
