Identity Restoration Services. Provide professional fraud resolution assistance to Class Members who experience identity theft or fraud. This includes assistance with disputing transactions, implementing fraud alerts, negotiating with banks, creditors, the IRS and other third parties, and preparing paperwork. Credit Services provided by Equifax are being provided to all persons potentially affected by the Incident, including Settlement Class Members and those who exclude themselves from the settlement. You must submit a Claim Form to receive a unique enrollment code and related activation instructions. Identity Restoration Services means identity restoration services provided by Identity Guard to all Participating Settlement Class Members under the Settlement. These services, through Identity Guard’s Total Service Plan, provide for professional fraud resolution services and U.S.-based case managers to assist Participating Settlement Class Members who experience identity theft or fraud, and to monitor the member’s account for a minimum of 90 days after any potentially fraudulent activity.
Identity Restoration Services means identity restoration services provided by Pango to all Participating Settlement Class Members under the Settlement. These services provide for professional fraud resolution and identity recovery assistance by U.S.-based agents to Participating Settlement Class Members who experience identity theft or fraud.
