Identity Standards definition

Identity Standards means the guidelines agreed to by the Parties from time to time as described in Section 2.4.1, which Licensee shall follow when using the Licensed Marks.

Examples of Identity Standards in a sentence

  • A request by Licensee for a change to the Identity Standards will be accepted by Licensor if the result of the change (a) is consistent with the provisions of this Agreement and (b) will not result in a likelihood of confusion with Licensor’s then current or reasonably contemplated identity standards.

  • To the extent that the Identity Standards Manual approved by Licensor pursuant to the foregoing differs from the Trademark Usage Guidelines, Licensee shall have the right to rely upon and comply with such Identity Standards Manual approved by Licensor as provided herein.

  • All uses of the Sprint Marks must comply with the Sprint Identity Standards, which Sprint will provide.

  • Either Party may request a change to the Identity Standards by addressing the request to the Governance Committee (referenced in Section 10.1).

  • The term “Operations Manual” shall mean the manual or manuals (including the Identity Standards Manual and other manuals regardless of title) containing policies and procedures to be adhered to by Franchisee in performing under this Agreement, which Operations Manual shall include all amendments and supplements thereto provided to Franchisee from time to time.

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.

  • Privacy Standards means the standards of the privacy of individually identifiable health information, as pursuant to HIPAA.

  • Security Standards means the final rule implementing HIPAA’s Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic PHI, as amended.
