IDT Information Technology Resources definition
IDT Information Technology Resources means all information processing, telecommunications, narrowband and broadband technology, backbone capacity, networking infrastructure, software, systems, hardware, equipment, devices, peripherals, operating environments and any other information technology resources and facilities required and used by IDT to provide and support the Services as more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto.

IDT shall be responsible for providing, configuring, installing, operating and maintaining the IDT Information Technology Resources (as required hereunder) at its sole cost and expense according to the quality standards set forth in this Agreement and its exhibits.
