IDX Listings definition

IDX Listings means all of the Listings identified or defined as IDX listings in the Rules and Regulations.

  • Upon the receipt of a written request from Participant, in a form acceptable to NM MLS, and so long as Participant, applicable Associate Brokers, and/or applicable Vendors are not in default under this Agreement, the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations or any other agreement with NM MLS, NM MLS will grant to Participant, applicable Associate Brokers, and/or the applicable Vendors a license to the IDX Listings.

  • Upon the receipt of a written request from Participant, in a form acceptable to MLS, and so long as Participant, the applicable Sales Licensee, and/or an applicable Vendor are not in default under this Agreement, the Rules and Regulations or any agreement with MLS, MLS will grant to Participant, the applicable Sales Licensee of Participant, or the applicable Vendor a license to the IDX Listings.

  • Upon the receipt of a written request from Participant, in a form acceptable to IMLS, and so long as Participant, the applicable Sales Licensee or Subscriber, and/or an applicable Vendor are not in default under this Agreement, the Rules and Regulations or any agreement with IMLS, IMLS will grant to Participant, the applicable Subscriber or Sales Licensee of Participant, or the applicable Vendor a license to the IDX Listings.

  • A Member shall not advertise IDX Listings of other Broker Participants granting permission to do so on the Internet until the Broker Participant has signed and agreed to the terms of an IDX license agreement provided by BAREIS.

  • Upon the receipt of a written request from Participant, in a formacceptable to IMLS, and so long as Participant, the applicable Sales Licensee or Subscriber, and/or an applicable Vendor are not in default under this Agreement, the Rules and Regulations or any agreement with IMLS, IMLS will grant to Participant, the applicable Subscriber or Sales Licensee of Participant, or the applicable Vendor a license to the IDX Listings.

  • Members displaying IDX Listings on their websites shall adhere to the Listing Broker’s and Seller’s written instructions regarding use of “address on Internet (full/partial)” flags in the BAREIS MLS® compilation.

  • It is understood that IDX electronic displays and delivery of IDX listings (under the scope of Broker IDX and Agent IDX) advertise IDX Listings to the public (the IDX Visitor).

  • IDX Brokers shall not alter data of IDX Listings other than their own.

  • An IDX Broker shall not display branded virtual tours on IDX Listings other than their own.

Related to IDX Listings

  • Listings means information identifying the listed names of subscribers of carriers and subscribers’ telephone numbers, addresses or primary advertising classification or any combination, and that carrier or affiliate has published, caused to be published or accepted for publication in any directory format.

  • Primary Listing means the single directory listing provided to Customers by Publisher under the terms of this Agreement. Each telephone configuration that allows a terminating call to xxxx for an available time among a series of lines shall be considered a single Customer entitled to a single primary listing. “Proprietary Information” is as defined in Article 20, Section 20.1.1.

  • De-listing means, in respect of any relevant Underlying Equities, the Exchange announces that pursuant to the rules of such Exchange, such Underlying Equities cease (or will cease) to be listed, traded or publicly quoted on the Exchange for any reason (other than a Merger Event or Tender Offer) and are not immediately re-listed, re-traded or re-quoted on an exchange or quotation system located in the same country as the Exchange (or, where the Exchange is within the European Union, in any member state of the European Union);

  • Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.

  • SEBI Listing Regulations means SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended

  • Orange Book means the FDA publication Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Blacklisting means barring a bidder, contractor, consultant or supplier from participating in any future procurement proceedings.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Web means the World Wide Web.

  • Listing Information means an Onvoy Customer’s primary name, address (including city, state and zip code), telephone number(s), the delivery address and number of directories to be delivered, and, in the case of a business Customer, the primary business heading under which the business Customer desires to be placed, and any other information Frontier deems necessary for the publication and delivery of directories.

  • Open video system means an open video system authorized pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 573 and, for

  • Direct Listing means the Company’s initial listing of its Common Stock (other than shares of Common Stock not eligible for resale under Rule 144 under the Securities Act) on a national securities exchange by means of an effective registration statement on Form S-1 filed by the Company with the SEC that registers shares of existing capital stock of the Company for resale, as approved by the Company’s board of directors. For the avoidance of doubt, a Direct Listing shall not be deemed to be an underwritten offering and shall not involve any underwriting services.

  • UK Listing Authority means the Financial Services Authority in its capacity as competent authority under the Financial Services and Markets Xxx 0000.

  • Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.

  • Company Website means the collection of web pages that may be accessed on the World Wide Web using the URL address xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or such other address as the Company may from time to time designate in writing to the Trustee.

  • Analytical x-ray system means a group of components utilizing x-rays to determine the elemental composition or to examine the microstructure of materials.

  • Research record means any data, document, computer file, computer diskette, or any other written or non-written account or object that reasonably may be expected to provide evidence or information regarding the proposed, conducted, or reported research that constitutes the subject of an allegation of research misconduct. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

  • Portal has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(b)(iii).

  • Core Curriculum Content Standards means the New Jersey Student Learning Standards.

  • AMEX means the American Stock Exchange.

  • Donor profile record means all records about donors or potential donors to a public institution of higher education except the names and reported addresses of the actual donors and the date, amount, and conditions of the actual donation.

  • Database Management System (“DBMS”) is a computer process used to store, sort, manipulate and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and ALI.
