IFD Stock definition
IFD Stock means all outstanding capital stock of any class or series of IFD.

Upon the terms and conditions set forth herein, Seller agrees to sell, and Purchaser agrees to purchase and pay the Purchase Price for, all shares of SSC Stock and IFD Stock and any Ancillary Assets.
