IFS Customer means any IFS/IFS Affiliate end-client on whose behalf Supplier Processes Personal Data in its capacity as sub-processor to IFS in connection with the Agreement.

Examples of IFS Customer in a sentence

  • Access permissions required to perform their duties however provide the potential to access the special categories of data identified in sub-section 5 of the sections 4.1 to 4.6 (in accordance with the particular IFS product(s) included as part of the IFS Customer agreement) of the IFS Data Processing Standard Standard.

  • Partner accepts that any such IFS Affiliate or IFS Customer will be designated as a third party beneficiary for the purposes of this DPA and such Partner Data Transfer Agreement.
