IFS Fees definition
IFS Fees means that percentage of Client Investments and/or Fees to be paid to IFS as provided for in Exhibit B of this Agreement.
Examples of IFS Fees in a sentence
Fund/Agent and IFS, or their respective authorized representatives, shall each make available to the other party specially prepared reports concerning Fees, IFS Fees, Client Investments, and/or other matters bearing specifically upon this Agreement.
