IG Company definition

IG Company means any of the following six companies, their respective controlled Affiliates, or the successors of any such companies or Affiliates with respect to the business conducted by them as of November 30, 2006: (i) Air Liquide, (ii) Praxair, Inc., (iii) Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., (iv) Airgas, Inc., (v) Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation, and (vi) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group GmbH.
