Illovo Group definition
Illovo Group means all subsidiaries of Illovo Sugar Africa Holdings Limited from time to time, and any other entity in which it holds a direct or indirect beneficial interest of 30% or more;
Illovo Group means Illovo Sugar Africa Proprietary Limited, its holding companies and their subsidiaries from time to time, and any other entity in which Illovo Sugar Africa Proprietary Limited holds a direct or indirect beneficial interest of 30% or more;
