Image Cash Letter means an electronic file (containing electronic information including Check Images and MICR Data obtained from original paper checks) with respect to Image Cash Letter Items to be transmitted to BND for deposit, processing and collection, directed to location(s) designated by BND, and prepared by Correspondent per BND's instructions as described in BND's Image Cash Letter User Guide.
