Imbalance Account definition

Imbalance Account has the meaning given to it in Section 1.3 of Exhibit A.

Examples of Imbalance Account in a sentence

  • Gatherer may provide Shipper with notices of imbalances and the Monthly statement of Shipper’s Imbalance Account by electronic mail, United States Mail or other delivery service, or any other means deemed reasonable by Gatherer under the circumstances.

  • Gatherer shall provide Shipper reasonable access to Shipper’s Imbalance Account and a statement of Shipper’s Imbalance Account within five Business Days following the end of each Month.

  • A Cumulative Imbalance may be cleared by nominating to or from the AA’s Cumulative Imbalance Account or by trading the Cumulative Imbalance.

  • The total net difference for all Receipt Points, plus any uncleared prior imbalance allowed under the provisions of this CPBA, shall be the Cumulative Imbalance, which shall be maintained in a Cumulative Imbalance Account until cleared under the provisions of this CPBA.

  • Following issuance of the Cumulative Imbalance Statement, the AA may clear a negative Cumulative Imbalance by nominating, consistent with PG&E’s nominating procedures, In-Kind (an equivalent amount of gas from the Receipt Point(s) listed on Attachment 2) to the Cumulative Imbalance Account; or the AA may clear a positive Cumulative Imbalance by nominating from the Cumulative Imbalance Account to a Delivery Point, on or before the closing date for trading imbalances as described below.

  • If the Customer fails for any reason to bring each relevant Cumulative Imbalance Account balance to zero as specified in Rate 300, then any such remaining credit or debit balance shall be subject to the provisions of Part 4 of Appendix “A”.

  • Failure to deliver the DRV occurs whenever a CSP fails to deliver its DRV, after taking into account the CSP’s Imbalance Account activity for such day (either withdrawals from, or additions to, the CSP’s Imbalance Account).

  • Imbalance Account trading will be allowed up to 2 business days after the month.

  • Except as aforesaid, at any particular time the Customer shall have title to, and only to, gas delivered by or for the Customer to the Point(s) of Acceptance and not delivered to the Point(s) of Delivery to the extent of the credit balance, if any, at such time in the Cumulative Imbalance Account of the Customer maintained pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The DRV can be delivered through a combination of flowing gas supplies and by adjustments to the Imbalance Account as long as in the case of withdrawals, the supplier’s Imbalance Account does not become negative.
