IMI Precision Engineering definition

IMI Precision Engineering means IMI Precision Engineering Limited or such other IMI Precision Engineering group company specified in the Order as being the customer for the purposes of the Contract;
IMI Precision Engineering means Norgren GmbH having its seat in Alpen, Germany, entered in the commercial register kept by Amtsgericht Kleve under HR B 7257 or such other IMI Precision Engineering group company specified in the Order as being the customer for the purposes of the Contract;
IMI Precision Engineering means Norgren European Logistics Company Limited or such other IMI Precision Engineering group company specified in the Order as being the customer for the purposes of the Contract;

Examples of IMI Precision Engineering in a sentence

  • If, following receipt of a request pursuant to this Clause, the Supplier fails to carry out the specified repairs within a reasonable period of time (in IMI Precision Engineering's absolute opinion), IMI Precision Engineering may carry out or instruct a third party to carry out such repairs and shall invoice the Supplier for any related costs and expenses.

  • Engineering's Order number shall be printed or written legibly by the Supplier on all Products delivered by package or parcel and on all related despatch notes and invoices submitted to IMI Precision Engineering.

  • If IMI Precision Engineering withholds or deducts any amount from the amount payable by it to the Supplier from time to time, such withholding or deduction shall not constitute a default in payment.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing by IMI Precision Engineering, the Charges shall include every cost and expense of the Supplier directly or indirectly incurred in connection with the performance of the Services.

  • The Supplier warrants that it complies with applicable data protection law and has the right, legal authority and required consents (if applicable) to enable IMI Precision Engineering to process such personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.

  • The Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to bring any claim against IMI Precision Engineering as a result of or in connection with such entry.

  • Engineering specifically reserves the right to deduct from any monies due or to become due to the Supplier any monies due to IMI Precision Engineering from the Supplier and to withhold the whole of or part of the Price and/or the Charges for any reason whatsoever.

Code Ann., Ch. 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1001, and/or a firm employed by Owner or Design-Build Contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.

  • Engineering Consultant means a person or firm that has the expertise in the engineering aspects of the type of system by which the withdrawn area is receiving service that is necessary to make the determination required under Subsections (5)(f) and (g).
