Immunizations definition
Immunizations means vaccines and the application of the vaccines as recommended by the practice guidelines for children and adults established by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Immunizations are only covered to the extent that such immunizations are recommended for adults and children by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Immunizations for adults are NOT covered when services are required for or related to employment, education, marriage, adoption, insurance purposes, or when required by similar third parties.
Immunizations required solely for travel or work are not covered.
Immunizations shall be given in conjunction with Well-Child/Health Check care.
