ImmunoGen Licensed Intellectual Property definition
ImmunoGen Licensed Intellectual Property means any and all intellectual property (including Patent Rights and Know-How) owned or Controlled by ImmunoGen, including the ImmunoGen Technology, that is necessary or useful for CytomX to conduct the CytomX Activities.
