Impacted Person definition

Impacted Person means us or you (as the case may be), where we or you are prevented from performing an obligation under this Agreement by Force Majeure. Last Resort Event means an event or circumstance that triggers the operation of the retailer of last resort scheme in relation to us under the Regulatory Requirements.
