Impacted Person definition

Impacted Person means us or you (as the case may be), where we or you are prevented from performing an obligation under this Agreement by Force Majeure. Last Resort Event means an event or circumstance that triggers the operation of the retailer of last resort scheme in relation to us under the Regulatory Requirements. Meter Service Provider means any person who provides services on our or your Distributor’s behalf in relation to: • the meter, including to read, install, inspect, test, repair, maintain, alter or replace it; • processing meter data and providing it to us and other third parties who need it in connection with your energy supply; and • energy supply, such as disconnection or reconnection of your energy supply.

Regulatory Requirements means all relevant acts, regulations, codes, procedures, other statutory instruments, licences, proclamations and laws, including those applicable to the generation or sale of electricity in Victoria or in the National Electricity Market including the Energy Retail Code, the Act, the Electricity Safety Xxx 0000 (Vic) and the National Electricity Law. Responsible Person has the same meaning as in the National Electricity Rules. Schedule means the schedule to these Agreement terms.   • After the conclusion of the Hearing, the Hearing Officer will communicate the outcome of the Adjudication in writing to the Respondent Student or Organization and Impacted Person within five (5) Days of the date of the Adjudication.

  • Politically Exposed Person means any individuals connected to any prominent public functions, as well as their immediate family members and close associates.

  • Restricted Person shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.9(i).

  • Dependent person means a person who cannot demonstrate financial independence from parents or persons other than a spouse and who does not meet the criteria for independence established in Section 5 of this administrative regulation.
