Impacted Site definition

Impacted Site means an Abandoned Site where an Alteration Requiring Remediation exists. “Implementation Plan” means the Implementation Plan referred to in section 12.2.
Impacted Site means a site that is contaminated at a level that does not currently pose a threat to human health or safety or to the environment, but that may pose such a threat in the future and that has been designated as an impacted site under the CSRA.

  • Affected System means an electric system other than the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System that may be affected by a proposed interconnection or on which a proposed interconnection or addition of facilities or upgrades may require modifications or upgrades to the Transmission System.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.
