IMPLEMENTATION ELEMENT definition

IMPLEMENTATION ELEMENT means a discrete project, operation or study or a discrete logical grouping of projects, operations or studies tracked separately by the Wake Transit Work Plan.

IMPLEMENTATION ELEMENT. A discrete project, operation, or study or a discrete logical grouping of projects, operations, or studies tracked separately by the Orange County Transit Annual Work Program.
IMPLEMENTATION ELEMENT means a discrete project, operation or study or a discrete logical grouping of projects, operations or studies tracked separately by the Wake County Transit Work Plan. “INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE DISTRIBUTION OF THE WAKE COUNTY $7 VEHICLE REGISTRATION TAX” shall mean the Agreement executed on or about January 2017, by and between Wake County, City of Raleigh, Town of ▇▇▇▇, Town of Wake Forest, City of Durham, and GoTriangle for the administrative distribution of funds derived from a new Wake County $7.00 Vehicle Registration Tax in accordance with N.C.G.S. § 105-570. “MAJOR FUND” shall be, as defined by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (“GASB”), a fund that is reported in a separate column in the basic fund financial statements and is subject to a separate audit opinion in the independent auditor’s report. As defined, the Tax District shall report a major fund for the Wake Transit Work Plan Operating Funds and a major fund for the Wake Transit Work Plan Capital Funds.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Implementation Grant means payments towards Recurrent Expenditure incurred for the establishment of the Academy prior to it opening.

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (c) of this Agreement for implementation of the Project, giving disbursement arrangements, performance indicators, terms of reference of staff and other administrative, financial and organizational arrangements, including a chapter on procurement procedures, and setting forth the criteria for the Subprojects, as hereinafter defined, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the implementation unit for the Project referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
