Implementing Approvals definition

Implementing Approvals means land use approvals or permits subsequent to execution of this Agreement which implement or otherwise are consistent with this Agreement, including but not limited to plats, short plats, binding site plans, site development permits, building permits, and grading permits.
Implementing Approvals means those approvals or permits subsequent to execution of this Agreement which implement or otherwise are consistent with this Agreement, including but not limited to plats contemplated under CEMC 17.45.110, building permits, clearing and grading permits, and all other approvals necessary prior to or in furtherance of construction activity in City Heights.
Implementing Approvals means the common law power to review and approve applications for administrative, discretionary and ministerial permits for development, including, but not necessarily limited to, subdivision maps, conditional use permits, grading permits, building permits, street improvement permits, storm drain improvement permits, retaining wall permits, WQMP reports, drainage reports, as-built plan processing, and bond exoneration processing and approvals related to the implementation, planning, and development of, real property and the power to review, inspect, approve and issue certificates of completion for improvements constructed pursuant to any and all such permits for areas of the Project within the Property. All areas within the current territorial limits of the City outside the Property shall be processed in accordance with City requirements. For example, portions of any roadways constructed in the City not within the Property shall be processed in accordance with City requirements.

Examples of Implementing Approvals in a sentence

  • The City's annexation of the Property shall constitute the City's adoption of the County Issaquah HighlandsGrand Ridge EIS for purposes of review of Implementing Approvals after annexation.

  • The parties intend the EIS covering this Agreement and the Project shall be SEPA compliance compliant to the fullest extent possible for all Implementing Approvals (defined in Section 3.23) and requested modifications under Section 3.21 during the Buildout Period.

  • The application and processing fees for all Implementing Approvals shall be established under Appendix L.

  • If the Partnership withdraws or if the City votes to deny annexation of the UGA portion of the Property, then all processing of Implementing Approvals shall be done in King County.

  • All development within the UGA shall be governed by the Development Standards and shall be implemented through plats, short plats, binding site plans, site development permits, building permits and other permits and approvals ("Implementing Approvals") issued by the City.

More Definitions of Implementing Approvals

Implementing Approvals means any and all land use approvals, entitlements, and permits, other than the Entitlements, that may be necessary or desirable for the buildout of the Project. As set forth in Section 2.2.6.3 of this Agreement, requests for “Implementing Approvals” shall be processed and determined in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Entitlements, and Applicable Law.
