Implementing Rules definition

Implementing Rules means the requirements of the Metadata Regulation, Commission Regulation (EC) No. 976/2009 implementing Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the Network Services, Commission Regulation (EU) 1089/2010 and Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1372;
Implementing Rules means any implementing rules adopted pursuant to the Financial Rules;
Implementing Rules means any set of rules or security notices adopted in accordance with Chapter 5 of Commission Decision (EU, Euratom) 2015/443(8);

Implementing Rules means the Regulation of the Budget Committee laying down rules for the implementation of certain provisions of the Financial Regulation, in accordance with Article 112 of this Financial Regulation;
