Import Business definition

Import Business means importing, marketing and selling the Products and directly related activities in the Territory hereunder. “law”, unless otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement, includes statutes, regulations, decrees, ordinances and other governmental requirements, whether federal, state, local or of other authority.
