Import goods definition

Import goods means goods placed under a suspensive procedure and goods which, under the inward processing procedure in the form of the drawback system, have undergone the formalities for release for free circulation and the formalities provided for in Article 129.
Import goods means the non-Union goods which have been placed under an IP arrangement.
