Humanetics' obligations under this Agreement depend on Customer's compliance with all applicable export and re-export controls, embargoes, and economic and trade sanctions laws, including those of the United States and the European Union ("Export Laws").
Customer represents that Customer Content is non-controlled and that any Content on Cloud Services, including Customer Content and any Offering, will not be: (i) downloaded or accessed by a Sanctioned Person, (ii) exported or transferred to a Sanctioned Person or in violation of Export Laws, (iii) used for prohibited purposes under Export Laws, or (iv) used for non-civilian purposes without proper licenses.
