Imprints definition

Imprints means the imprints, series, colophons and brands owned by or licensed to any Grantor.
Imprints means the following imprints and brands owned by Cliffs and used in the Business: Cliffs Notes, Cliffs Test Preparation Guides, Cliffs Quick Reviews, Cliffs Advanced Placement Series, Cliffs Complete Study Editions, Studyware, and Centennial Press (collectively, the "Imprints").
Imprints means the imprints, series, colophons and brands owned by or licensed to the Company and used in the Business, including Frommer's, Places Rated, Monarch Notes, Howe▇▇ ▇▇▇k House, J.K. ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇, ▇▇CO, Burpee, Webs▇▇▇'▇ ▇▇▇ World, Weight Watchers, Unofficial Guides (including those published under the "Alpha Reference" series), Bett▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇, ▇▇ss▇▇▇'▇, ▇▇rraps, Macmillan, Macmillan USA, The Essential Guides, Aude▇, ▇▇erica on Wheels, Spectrum and Chek Chart, but excluding

  • You must destroy all material containing Cardholders’ account numbers, Card Imprints, Sales Drafts, Credit Vouchers (except for Sales Drafts maintained in accordance with this Agreement, Laws, and the Rules).
