Improperly filed claim definition

Improperly filed claim means any wildlife damage claim received by WDNR which does not comply fully with all eligibility requirements of s. 29.889, Stats., s. NR. 12 Wis. Adm. Code or this Plan or procedures described in the WDACP Technical or Field Manual.
