Improvement Necessary definition

Improvement Necessary or “Ineffective” as defined in Paragraph 4 a. of this Superintendent Contract.
Improvement Necessary or “Ineffective” shall not be eligible to receive any salary increase
Improvement Necessary or “Ineffective” shall not be eligible to receive any salary increase, and teachers with the following credentials/current salary level shall not be eligible to receive any salary increase, but shall receive a one-time payment of $1,020, and within 45 days upon board ratification of this contract, each teacher may select the form of the payment from the below options:

Examples of Improvement Necessary in a sentence

  • Teachers rated Ineffective or Improvement Necessary will remain at their prior year salary.

  • Teachers must be rated by MSDLT in the prior year, and not rated Ineffective or Improvement Necessary to be eligible for a salary increase.

  • Teachers rated Ineffective or Improvement Necessary in the prior school year are not eligible for any salary increase in the current year.

  • Any teacher who received an evaluation rating of Ineffective or Improvement Necessary in the prior school year is not eligible for any salary increase and remains at their prior year salary.

  • General Eligibility: Any teacher who received an evaluation rating of Ineffective or Improvement Necessary in the prior school year is not eligible for a stipend.

  • Teachers receiving evaluations of Improvement Necessary and Ineffective will not be eligible for a compensation increase.

  • Those teachers receiving a rating of Improvement Necessary or Ineffective will NOT receive the stipend.

  • Teachers rated Ineffective or Improvement Necessary in the prior year remain at their prior year salary.

  • However if a LTS Teacher is rated Ineffective or Improvement Necessary in any given year or years, those years will not count towards their placement.

  • Compensation units for teachers evaluated as Improvement Necessary or Ineffective will be redistributed to salary increases for eligible teachers.

Related to Improvement Necessary

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 152-unit market rate residential apartment building, construction of a stormwater pond and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • System improvements means capital improvements to public facilities which are designed to provide service to a service area.
