In-Scope Costs means the in-scope cost line items as more particularly set out at Clause 8.2;

Based on the anticipated Start Date of each Assignment as referred to in Clause 4.1, the estimated total Base Service Fees payable by Alimera to Quintiles Commercial for In-Scope Costs in the Territory in each calendar year of this Project Order at the Contribution Margin shall be that as set out in the Table below.
