In-Use Vehicle definition
In-Use Vehicle means a motor vehicle duly registered with the LTO;
In-Use Vehicle means a motor vehicle duly registered with the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
In-Use Vehicle means a customer owned and operated vehicle which is not under the control of the manufacturer, dealerships or their agents. Leased vehicles will be considered in-use vehicles for the purpose of this subpart if the vehicles meet the criteria specified in § 86.1841-01.
