Inactive Case definition

Inactive Case is defined in Section 7.3.
Inactive Case means a case where there is no activity as contemplated in rule 132;
Inactive Case means a case in which the criminal sentence, including any probation term, has expired.

More Definitions of Inactive Case

Inactive Case is defined in Section 7.3. “IND” means: (a) an investigational new drug application filed with the FDA for authorization for the investigation of any Product, and (b) any of its foreign equivalents as filed with the applicable Regulatory Authorities in other countries or regulatory jurisdictions in the Territory, as applicable.
Inactive Case means a Case that is in the Software with a status set to “Inactive”. Subscribers are limited in Software Features for Inactive Cases.

  • Inactive or "inactivation" means action by the Division to place a license on inactive status in accordance with Sections 58-1-305 and R156-1-305.
