Inactive Links definition

Inactive Links shall be defined as any link provide by the Service which, when clicked, does not result in the user receiving a web page within 60 seconds at least 3 out of 5 times in any 1 week period.

  • At no time during the Update Term shall the Database contain more than [**] percent [**] Inactive Links (as defined hereunder) and no Database Update shall be delivered containing more than [**] percent [**] Inactive Links.
