Inbound License definition

Inbound License is defined in Section 3.8(c) of the Agreement.
Inbound License means any Contract, covenant not to sue, settlement, forbearance or other Contract pursuant to which a Company Party is granted rights to any other Person’s Proprietary Information and Technology, including any Software license (including any right to access or use data or any Open Source Materials), Patent license, trademark license, or any Contract pursuant to which a Company Party obtains a right to access or exploit a Person’s Proprietary Information and Technology in the form of services, such as a software as a service Contract or a cloud services Contract.
Inbound License means a licence or royalty agreement, or other Contract relating to any third party Intellectual Property or to the development of any Intellectual Property for Correvio or its subsidiaries (other than agreements with employees entered into in the ordinary course of business on standard forms);

Examples of Inbound License in a sentence

  • There is no outstanding or threatened dispute or disagreement with respect to any Inbound License or any Outbound License.

  • Part 3.8(c) of the Company Disclosure Schedule identifies, as of the date of this Agreement, (i) each Company Inbound License and (ii) each Company Outbound License.
