Software License definition

Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

Software License means any agreement (including any agreement constituting a Copyright License, Patent License and/or Trademark License) now or hereafter in existence granting to any Credit Party any right, whether exclusive or non-exclusive, to use another Person’s Software, or pursuant to which any Credit Party has granted to any other Person, any right, whether exclusive or non-exclusive, to use any Software, whether or not subject to any registration.

Software License is defined in Section 11.2(a).

Examples of Software License in a sentence

• In the event that conflicting or additional terms in Vendor Software License Agreements, Shrink/Click Wrap License Agreements, Service Agreements or linked or supplemental documents amend or diminish the rights of DIR Customers or the State, such conflicting or additional terms shall not take precedence over the terms of this Contract.

• DIR shall not be responsible for any Customer’s compliance with the Software License Agreement.

• If performance involves acquisition of existing computer software, the following Company Exhibit is incorporated by reference: CCS Commercial Computer Software License (Company – July 2010).

• Customer hereby accepts and agrees to abide by all of the terms and restrictions of the Software License Agreement.

• If DIR purchases software licenses for its own use under this Contract, it shall be responsible for its compliance with the Software License Agreement terms and conditions.

More Definitions of Software License

Software License means a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software.
