Incentive Amount definition

Incentive Amount means the target amount payable to the Employee under the Employer’s Annual Incentive Plan for the award period ending in the year in which the termination of employment occurs.
Incentive Amount. For each SLA, the amount computed pursuant to Exhibit F, if applicable.
Incentive Amount means the amount payable to the Grantee hereunder with respect to the Performance Units, if any, as calculated under Article IV.

Examples of Incentive Amount in a sentence

  • The Incentive Amount shall be paid at the same time such annual incentive compensation is otherwise paid by the Company.

  • In accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Occidental Petroleum Corporation 2005 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as the same may be amended from time to time (the “Plan”), Occidental grants to the Grantee as of the Date of Grant, the right to receive in cash up to 200% of the Target Incentive Amount.

  • Up to and including 200% of the Target Incentive Amount, as adjusted pursuant to Sections 4 and 6 of these Terms and Conditions, will be settled in cash only.

  • For purposes of the preceding sentence, Salary and the Incentive Amount shall be the greater of (i) Salary and the Incentive Amount as determined at the time of the Employee’s separation from service and (ii) Salary and the Incentive Amount as determined assuming a separation from service immediately prior to the effective date of the Change in Control.

  • Up to and including 200% of the Target Incentive Amount, as adjusted pursuant to Sections 4 and 6 of this Agreement, will be settled in cash only.


More Definitions of Incentive Amount

Incentive Amount means, for each Participant, an incentive to be paid under the Plan in the amount determined by the Committee pursuant to Sections 5 and 6 above.
Incentive Amount means $22,891,000, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3(b).
Incentive Amount means the sum of (i) the amount payable on a full-year basis to the Executive under his Performance Award Plan award for the award period ending in the year in which the Change in Control Date occurs (if any) determined on the basis of maximum performance achievement and (ii) the amount payable on a full-year basis to the Executive under his Annual Incentive Plan award for the award period ending in the year in which the Change in Control Date occurs determined on the basis of maximum award level achievement.
Incentive Amount means an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the average of the last two Incentive Awards paid to the Executive prior to the Termination Date, or (ii) 125% of the Executive’s target incentive (expressed in dollars) for the year in which the Termination Date occurs.
Incentive Amount means any amount required to be paid pursuant to Article 12 (In-Orbit Performance Incentive Payments).
Incentive Amount means for a Plan Year that portion or all of a Participant's bonus payable in the Plan Year under the CGU Management Incentive Plan and/or the CGU Long-Term Incentive Plan that the Participant elects, pursuant to the Deferral Agreement, to defer to this Plan.
Incentive Amount means: (x) 10.0% of the Net Profit; minus (y) the sum of all Amounts actually paid or due and owing to the NSAs collectively pursuant to the NSAs Agreements; minus (z) 10% of the Subscription Amount.
