Cash Bonus definition

Cash Bonus means an award of a bonus payable in cash pursuant to Section 10 hereof.
Cash Bonus means a share in the Actuarial Valuation Surplus determined by Our Appointed Actuary, to be communicated to You, based on the declaration made by Us, which can be utilized in the manner specified under Section 3.5.1.1;

  • To the extent Executive has not yet received a Cash Bonus with respect to a completed performance period, Executive shall receive such Cash Bonus, to the extent such Cash Bonus was earned based on actual performance for such performance period, which shall be paid, if at all, at the same time annual bonuses are paid by the Company to other executives of the Company for such completed performance period, but no later than March 15th of the calendar year following the completed performance period.

  • Any Annual Cash Bonus shall be paid to Executive on the date on which annual bonuses are paid generally by the Company to its senior executives with respect to the year in which the Annual Cash Bonus was earned, subject to and conditioned upon Executive’s continued employment with the Company through the applicable payment date (except as otherwise provided in Section 7 below).

  • The actual amount of any Annual Cash Bonus payable to Executive (if any) shall be determined by reference to the attainment of the applicable performance objectives, as determined by the Compensation Committee in its sole discretion, and may be less than, or greater than (up to the aforementioned Maximum Cash Bonus), the Target Cash Bonus (and may equal zero).

  • Each Cash Bonus will be paid no later than March 15 of the year following the year for which it is earned.

  • The Performance Goals for Executive’s Cash Bonus for a particular year will be established in the sole discretion of, the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) or any Compensation Committee of the Board (the “Committee”) in consultation with the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.


More Definitions of Cash Bonus

Cash Bonus means any cash bonus amounts that are included in Executive’s annual bonus plan, as approved in writing by Employer’s Board of Directors or the Compensation Committee or any successor committee of Employer’s Board of Directors. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Stock Bonus” shall mean any restricted shares that are included in Executive’s annual bonus plan, as approved in writing by the Employer’s Board of Directors or the Compensation Committee or any successor committee of Employer’s Board of Directors. Any bonuses (whether in cash or in the form of restricted shares) that are not included in such annual bonus plan shall not be considered to be Cash Bonus amounts or Stock Bonus awards for purposes of this Agreement. The value of the Stock Bonus amounts shall be determined as of the date they are awarded or granted to Executive.
Cash Bonus means an annual or long-term bonus awarded to a participant under the Cash Bonus Program and determined by the Committee based on performance measured against Performance Goals established by the Committee.
Cash Bonus means the portion of any bonus payable in cash by the Company to an Eligible Employee for services rendered to the Company.
Cash Bonus means the annual cash incentive awarded to Executive each year and approved by the Compensation Committee as identified more fully in Section 3.2 herein.
