Incentive Cap definition

Incentive Cap means the lesser of $1,957,447.00 or the product of $4,255.32 and the number of apartment units actually constructed in Phase I. If subsequent phases are developed, each will have an Incentive Cap based on the number of units in such phases and a per unit limit of $4,255,32. In no event shall the Incentive Cap for all phases exceed an aggregate of $8,000,000.
Incentive Cap has the meaning set out in Section 5.6(a) of this Agreement.
Incentive Cap has the meaning given to it in Section 4(b).

Examples of Incentive Cap in a sentence

  • If the Yield is greater than 11.5%, then the Incentive Fee shall equal the Incentive Cap.
