Incentive Compensation Severance definition

Incentive Compensation Severance means the portion of a Participant’s Cash Severance that is based on the Participant’s Target Incentive Compensation, determined in accordance with Exhibit B attached hereto.
Incentive Compensation Severance means the portion of a Participant’s Cash Severance that is based on the Participant’s Actual Incentive Compensation or Target Incentive Compensation, as applicable, as determined in accordance with Exhibit A or Exhibit B attached hereto, as applicable.
Incentive Compensation Severance means the portion of a Participant’s Cash Severance that is based on the Participant’s Target Incentive Compensation, determined in accordance with Exhibit B attached hereto. For the avoidance of doubt, Incentive Compensation Severance shall not include a Participant’s Pro-Rata Target Bonus, if any.

Examples of Incentive Compensation Severance in a sentence

  • In the event that Executive terminates his employment for Good Reason, then Executive shall be entitled to receive the Base Salary, any earned Incentive Compensation, Severance Payment and stock option vesting and exercisability as if Executive were terminated by the Company without Cause under Section 6.2, subject to Executive’s compliance with all of the Severance Conditions.

  • Executive shall not after termination be entitled to Base Salary, Incentive Compensation, Severance Pay, fringe benefits, additional stock options, or any other compensation or benefits.

  • Expenses of the Partnership or of any Partners occasioned by transfers of interests held by Partners shall be reimbursed to the Partnership or Partners, as the case may be, by the substitute Partner.

  • In the event that Executive terminates her employment for Good Reason, then Executive shall be entitled to receive the Base Salary, any earned Incentive Compensation, Severance Payment and stock option and restricted stock vesting and exercisability as if Executive were terminated by the Company without Cause under Section 6.2, subject to Executive’s compliance with all of the Severance Conditions.

  • In the event that Executive terminates his employment for Good Reason, then Executive shall be entitled to receive the Base Salary, any earned Incentive Compensation, Severance Payment and stock option vesting and exercisability as if Executive were terminated by the Company without Cause under Section 6.2, subject to Executive's compliance with all of the Severance Conditions.
