Incentive Conditions definition

Incentive Conditions is defined in Section 3(b)(iii) hereof.
Incentive Conditions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Incentive Conditions means the conditions referred to under Section I.F.1(e) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Examples of Incentive Conditions in a sentence

  • In case of such a modification, Customer may terminate the Incentive Conditions as to these changes with immediate effect within 30 days after receipt of such notice.
