Incentive Conditions definition
Incentive Conditions is defined in Section 3(b)(iii) hereof.
Incentive Conditions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Incentive Conditions means the conditions referred to under Section I.F.1(e) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Examples of Incentive Conditions in a sentence
In case of such a modification, Customer may terminate the Incentive Conditions as to these changes with immediate effect within 30 days after receipt of such notice.
The Recipient, through the MDT, shall cause the IT-Park to not make available any portion of the Incentives to an Eligible Firm until it has been verified that such Eligible Firm has complied with the Incentive Conditions, in accordance with the criteria and procedures described in the Incentives Manual.
