Incentive Level definition

Incentive Level means, with respect to any Eligible Personnel, the numeric incentive level identified opposite such Eligible Personnel’s position on Exhibit AA.

Examples of Incentive Level in a sentence

  • Any employee who is receiving a financial payment pursuant to the Professional Achievement Incentive Level (PAIL) as of June 30, 1998, shall continue to receive the PAIL payment pursuant to existing practice.
