Incentive Payments definition

Incentive Payments means any and all federal or state governmental subsidies, payments, transfers or other benefits, whether now or hereafter established, received by the Borrower in any fiscal year aged less than 120 days.
Incentive Payments means any cash incentive compensation paid based on an annual performance period (whether pursuant to the Company’s Senior Executive Management Performance Plan or any successor similar plan or through any other means), without regard to any reduction thereof elected by the Employee pursuant to any qualified or non-qualified salary reduction arrangement maintained by the Company, including, without limitation, the SIP Plan and the Deferred Compensation Plan.
