Incentive Payments definition

Incentive Payments means any and all federal or state governmental subsidies, payments, transfers or other benefits, whether now or hereafter established, received by the Borrower in any fiscal year aged less than 120 days.
Incentive Payments. The term “Incentive Payments” shall mean any cash incentive compensation paid based on an annual performance period (whether pursuant to the Company’s Senior Executive Management Performance Plan or any successor similar plan or through any other means), without regard to any reduction thereof elected by the Employee pursuant to any qualified or non-qualified salary reduction arrangement maintained by the Company, including, without limitation, the SIP Plan and the Deferred Compensation Plan.

Incentive Payments means any compensation paid to a Participant under any incentive plans or bonus arrangements of the Company with respect to which the Administrator in its discretion permits deferrals to be made hereunder, relating to services performed during any calendar year, whether or not paid in such calendar year or included on the Federal Income Tax Form W-2 for such calendar year.
