Bonus Payments definition

Bonus Payments means that portion of the bonus payments received by the
Bonus Payments means any and all bonus payments, retention payments, incentive compensation payments or other similar payments payable by the Company to any of the Company’s current or past directors, officers, employees or senior managers, including, without limitation, the use of any funds now held in trust or escrow for the purposes of any of the foregoing payments, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or otherwise.
Bonus Payments means that portion of the bonus payments received by the United States government under the Leasing Act paid to the state under Section 35 of the Leasing Act, 30 U.S.C. Sec. 191, together with any interest that had accrued on those payments.

Examples of Bonus Payments in a sentence

  • Bonus Payments described in Section 7(b) and 7(c) will be paid in a lump sum cash payment on the first regular payroll date of the Company following the effective date of the Release, but in no event later than March 15 of the year following the year in which Executive’s termination of employment occurred.
