Incentive Shares definition

Incentive Shares means an award of shares granted pursuant to Section XIII.
Incentive Shares means Shares awarded pursuant to the provisions of Article 12.
Incentive Shares means all Shares and Options held by a Manager that are subject to vesting or other service or performance based conditions to ownership, treating such Options as a number of Incentive Shares equal to the maximum number of Shares for which such Options may at the time be exercised.

More Definitions of Incentive Shares

Incentive Shares means an award providing for the contingent grant of Shares pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.
