Incidental Motion definition

Incidental Motion means a motion that arises out of another motion that is pending;
Incidental Motion means a motion related and incidental to the main motion or to the matter giving rise to the main motion usually dealing with a question of procedure, which motion must be decided immediately. This matter does not require a seconder, is not amendable or debatable and is ruled upon by the Presiding Officer.
