Incipient Event definition

Incipient Event means an event which with notice or lapse of time or both would constitute a Terminating Event or Notice Event.
Incipient Event. An event which, upon the giving of notice or the passage of time, or both, would become a Termination Event.

  • Lender may remedy or cure the Event of Default or Incipient Event of Default within the cure period under this Agreement.

  • Buyer shall have no further right to require the report with respect to a particular Event of Default after that Event of Default has been cured; Lender shall have the right to cure an Event of Default or Incipient Event of Default on behalf of Seller, only if ▇▇▇▇▇▇ sends a written notice to Buyer before the end of any cure period indicating ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s intention to cure.

Related to Incipient Event

  • Incipient Event of Termination means an event that but for notice or lapse of time or both would constitute an Event of Termination.

  • Replacement Event shall have the meaning specified in Section 11.16.

  • Payment Event means the event or events giving rise to the right to payment of a Performance Award.

  • Significant Event means any Amortization Event or Event of Default.

  • Incipient Default means any occurrence that is, or with notice or lapse of time or both would become, an Event of Default.
